Solar Water Heater

Solar water heater unit comprise several innovations for prefab modular homes and buildings. It's a mature alternative energy technologies well established for past many decades. Solar water heating systems use solar panels, called collectors, fitted on your roof. It do not pollute. Solar water heaters system provides supplies of hot water to the entire family of prefab modular homes and reduces the usage of electricity from the power grid and saves family on monthly utilities bill. Wind Energy for Homes

DRM Prefab modular homes incorporated with wind turbine systems can power the home to the benefits of the family as it is a clean alternative energy. Wind Power is created by the unequal heating of the Earth's surface by the sun. Wind turbines converts kinetic energy into clean electricity. Wind power can used for other applications around the prefab modular structures, including water pump on farms and ranches. Commercial Modular Structures

Prefab Modular Commercial Structures are non-residential structures that are primarily pre-made in a factory and then assembled at their final location. They are assembled on a concrete foundation and form a fully completed commercial modular building. They are able to developed and assembled quickly, allowing occupancy and investment returns to happen sooner. Waste is minimized and savings are maximized. Reliable Precast Concrete

Reliable Precast concrete withstands everyday wear and tear. It is resistant to rain water penetration, flood damage and can also withstand winter freeze. Precast modular buildings offer more privacy, quietness and sound reduction. It is a good acoustic material for music and also an effective sound barrier along busy roads. Concretes have long durability and gets stronger over time. Rain Water Harvesting for Homes

Prefab modular home with the option of Rain water harvesting helps in reducing your water bill and conserve water. Rainwater harvesting goes back to 3rd century BC where farming communities used it for irrigation purposes. Rainwater harvesting package incorporated with our concrete modular homes is especially advantageous in regions receiving scanty rainfall as it's provides additional source of water supply during droughts, and reduce demands on wells in developing countries. Solar Power for Homes

Solar power prefab modular home runs on solar energy, it is cost effective and clean. Solar power has been used since far back as World War II. Solar panels are part of a completely stationary system. Once installed, the only thing a homeowner needs to do is to keep the panels clean. To build a solar-powered prefab modular home, it's necessary to make sure there are no shadows on the roof's panel area during the sunniest hours. Precast Floor Slab

Hollow core slab is a precast slab of pre-stressed concrete, typically used in the construction of floors in multi-story prefab modular apartment buildings or traditional structures. One of the major benefits of concrete floors is their affordability compared to other flooring options. The slab has been popular in Northern and Eastern European countries due to economical constructions and quick assembly. Prefab Flats 3D Video Tour

Prefab flats are attractive, comfortable, affordable, healthy and zero-carbon homes. Its galvanized steel frame will make it easier to build in remote and difficult-to-access locations.

Even more impressive, the exterior steel frame only takes one or two days to assemble and the full cladding system can be set up in less than a week, making it possible to finish the construction and weather-proof the interior in a matter of days. The flats can withstand strong winds and an 8.5 magnitude earthquake.

When the flats are finished, the panel based technology construction looks and feels like traditional construction, but, under the surface things are different. The innovation lies in a unique system of panels that fasten together to create a seamless, high performance structural envelope, that replaces traditional frames, trusses, brickwork, plasterboard, and insulation.

The frame-and-cladding system means that all additional parts and pieces are easily replaceable as there are no load-bearing walls. This is important when it comes to adding on or renovating the flats.

Life expectancy of these flats is over 50 years. Windows and doorframes — complete with architraves are pre-fitted at the factory. Components of the flats are delivered from the factory to the site packaged according to size and construction sequence. Modules such as kitchens and bathrooms complete with all appliances and fittings are brought to the construction site. Everything is provided: a spacious living room, a full sized kitchen, master bedroom and a well-planned bathroom. The flats come complete with bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and your choice of interior and exterior finishes. All you really need to do is move in!

Plumbing and electrical services are incorporated within the panels. The metal roof panels are secured to the walls using special steel sections, fixing and fasteners. Walls are finished by joining each point and corner together in the assembly process. Problems like termites, water leakage and fire hazards are being taken out of the equation. This will provide positive end results for homeowners and tenants by enhancing quality of life and securing your investment.

Precast Concrete

The earliest material for construction was either stone or plaster, and most modern materials in our opinion is precast concrete. While concrete may appear unfinished, it can be finely finished and make most beautiful buildings in the world. While precast concrete often serves a very functional infrastructure, it makes modern comforts possible, adds beauty to function, and durability to our environment.
